The conference opens on Thursday 14 January at 11.15 (registration desk opens at 10am) and closes at 6.45 pm on Friday 15 January.
The conference includes a keynote address by Baroness Emma Nicholson of Winterbourne on ‘The Decade of Roma Inclusion’, three plenary sessions, a roundtable with activists and researchers, and a number of panel sessions. Speakers include: Thomas Acton, Nicolae Gheorghe, Yaron Matras, Judith Okely, Peter Vermeersh, Will Guy, Carol Silverman, Adrian Marsh, Nidhi Trehan, Alessandro Simoni, Elena Marushiakova and Veselin Popov, and Michael Guet.
