The online registration will start at the beginning of November (2 November). Early registration is recommended due to the limited number of places available. Registration for delegates closes on 18 December 2009 (Please notice that the deadline for registration for panel presenters is 30 November – to allow enough time to finalise the conference programme).
The registration fee covers delegate pack, lunches (14 and 15 January), conference buffet dinner (14 January), and refreshments each day. Click here to register online.

Bursary scheme

A limited number of bursaries are available for presenters of papers. The bursaries will cover the registration fee and accommodation in Oxford. To apply for bursaries, applicants must accompany their abstract and CV with a one-page cover letter stating why support would be beneficial to them, and name and contact address of a referee.
